Residential PSTN Care Levels

For customers requiring the highest levels of support from BT Openreach we recommend upgrading the care level on your
line. This ensures that should a fault occur they will respond a lot quicker than their normal service agreements would have
provided. They take 3 working days to activate on a line, so they can't simply be purchased as and when a fault occurs.
